Returns
Due to the nature of our products, including fresh fruits, vegetables, groceries, and other perishable items, returns are generally not accepted once the order has been delivered.
However, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:
- The product delivered is damaged or spoiled.
- You receive the wrong item.
- The product is missing from your order.
- The quality of the product does not meet acceptable standards upon delivery.
To request a return, replacement, or refund, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and supporting photos.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Fresh fruits and vegetables after acceptance of delivery.
- Perishable food products.
- Opened or used products.
- Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
- Special promotional or discounted items.
Refunds
Once your complaint is received and verified by our team, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved:
- The refund will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- In certain cases, a replacement product may be offered instead of a refund.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed for dispatch. Once an order has been packed or dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
